Delete Your Account

You can request permanent deletion of your Padmashali Global account and your associated personal data at any time. You may do this from inside the app (Menu → Settings → Delete Account) or by submitting the form below.

🗑What gets deleted

• Your login account (name, phone number, email, password).
• Your profile details, photos, and uploads.
• Your matrimony profile, job posts, business listings, family-tree entries, and messages.
• Your activity history and saved preferences.

📋What we may retain (and why)

• Transaction and payment records required by law / for tax and accounting — retained for the period required by Indian financial regulations, then deleted.
• Records we are legally obliged to keep, or that are needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms.

Retained records are kept secure and are not used for any other purpose.

⏳How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 7 days of verification, and all eligible data is permanently removed within 30 days. We will contact you using your registered details if we need to verify your identity before deleting the account.
