Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid community membership on Padmashali Global, operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

💳Membership fees are non-refundable

Padmashali Global membership is a community contribution that unlocks digital access to community features for the paid period. Once a membership subscription is successfully activated, the fee is non-refundable and the subscription cannot be cancelled for a partial or pro-rated refund of the remaining period.

Your active membership simply continues until its end date; it does not auto-charge again unless you choose to renew.

🔄When we DO issue a refund

We will refund, in full, to your original payment method in these genuine cases:

Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same membership due to a technical error.
Charged but not activated — money was deducted from your account but your membership was not activated and did not reflect in the App.
Incorrect amount — you were charged an amount different from the plan price shown at checkout.

⏳Refund timeline

For the cases above, once verified, the refund is initiated to your original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking) and typically reflects within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.

📧How to request a refund

Email support@archanainfo.com with:

Your registered mobile number
The Razorpay Payment ID (e.g. pay_XXXXXXXXXXXX) or transaction date & amount
A short description of the issue (duplicate charge, not activated, etc.)

We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve verified cases as quickly as possible.
