These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Padmashali Global platform and mobile application ("the App", "we", "our"), operated by Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Padmashali Global offers a free tier and paid community membership plans (currently ₹100 and ₹500 yearly). Paid membership unlocks additional community features.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
Membership fees are non-refundable once a subscription is activated, except in the specific cases described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Prices and plan features may change from time to time. Any change applies to future purchases and renewals, not to a subscription already active.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you post (matrimony profile, business listing, news, family tree entries, success stories, etc.). By posting, you grant us a limited licence to display that content to other members within the App. You are solely responsible for what you post, and we may remove content that violates these Terms.
The App relies on third parties including Razorpay (payments), 1msg.io / BSNL (OTP & messaging), Google Firebase (notifications), and AI providers for the assistant features. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers’ terms.
The App and its community listings are provided on an "as is" basis. We facilitate community connections but do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any member, matrimony match, job, business, or transaction between members. You interact with other members at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archana Info Solutions Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for abuse or fraud. You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion via our account deletion page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will notify you in-app.
